Hospice At Home

Dual-Brand Identity & Collateral

Overview

A brand identity and collateral project for Hospice At Home, a new venture formed through the partnership of two established organisations: Macmillan Hospice and Forest Holmes. The challenge was as much strategic as it was creative, how do you unite two trusted brands under one roof without either losing its voice?

The Challenge

The brief required a lock-up that could do three things at once: represent Macmillan Hospice, represent Forest Holmes, and stand on its own as a credible new identity. In a sensitive sector like healthcare and end-of-life care, getting this balance right really mattered, the design needed to feel unified, reassuring, and purposeful.

The Process

Working alongside the Creative Director, I approached the identity by blending the colour palettes of both parent brands, creating a visual bridge that honoured each organisation while giving Hospice At Home its own distinct presence. The lock-up was developed to feel cohesive rather than compromised, a new identity that carries the trust of both brands behind it. Figma was used for UI and layout work, Adobe Illustrator for the brand and print elements, and Figma AI for image generation.

The Result

The project delivered a full suite of brand touchpoints: a landing page, flyer, social media posts, and a letterhead, all consistent with the new dual-brand identity and ready for use across both digital and print channels.
